TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply exclusively to customers of Beauty Nurse Oy in Finland.
They govern the contractual relationship between Beauty Nurse Oy (“Beauty Nurse”) and its customers (“Customer”) and apply to all cosmetic and minimally invasive treatments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cosmetic and Beauty Treatments

Beauty Nurse provides non-invasive and minimally invasive treatments, including:

Permanent Make-up
Lash Lifting
Brow Lamination
Microneedling
Hyaluronic Fillers (lips, chin, cheeks, jawline)

Where required by law, treatments are performed under medical supervision. Treatment duration is based on individual agreement and starts at the scheduled appointment time. Extension of the treatment is only possible if it does not affect other bookings.

2.1 Appointments

Appointments are binding.
Cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours before the appointment (WhatsApp, SMS, email, or online system) are free of charge.
Cancellations under 48 hours but at least 24 hours before the appointment: 50% of the treatment price will be charged.
Cancellations under 24 hours or no-show: 100% of the treatment price will be charged.
This also applies to free consultations. In such cases, a €100 fee may be charged.
Beauty Nurse may reduce or waive fees at its discretion.
A delay of up to 10 minutes is tolerated. Delays exceeding 10 minutes are considered a no-show, and the treatment cannot be guaranteed.
or certain treatments, such as Permanent Make-up or customized treatments, a deposit may be required. If the customer fails to attend, any paid deposit will be retained.

2.2 Invoicing and Payment

Invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance.
Payment is usually made immediately after the treatment.
Accepted payment methods:
- Cash
- Card (debit/credit)
Deposits can also be made via bank transfer or online booking tool.
For certain treatments, a deposit or prepayment may be required.
Late payment may incur interest and additional costs.
Outstanding amounts may be forwarded to third parties (e.g., collection agencies or authorities).

3. Minors

Beauty Nurse does not provide medical or minimally invasive treatments to minors.

4. Liability

Beauty Nurse is only liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
No liability exists in particular for:

Improper aftercare by the customer
Allergic reactions or individual healing processes
Incorrect information in consent forms

All risks and instructions are communicated to the customer via the website, Instagram, in writing, and verbally during the treatment.
Each customer is responsible for aftercare following the treatment.

5. Data Protection

Personal data is treated confidentially and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (EU GDPR).
The customer agrees that their data may be used for marketing purposes by Beauty Nurse (e.g., newsletters, promotions). This consent can be revoked at any time.
Data necessary for invoicing or debt collection may be shared with third parties.
In case of persistent payment default, data may be forwarded to debt enforcement authorities or competent courts.

6. Consumer Rights / Cancellation (EU)

The customer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days, unless exceptions apply (e.g., customized treatments such as Permanent Make-up or Hyaluronic Fillers).
Cancellation must be made in writing (email or letter).
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.
Exceptions: customized, minimally invasive, or perishable treatments are excluded from the cancellation right.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Governing law: Finnish law
Competent court: Helsinki District Court, unless mandatory consumer protection law states otherwise

8. Force Majeure and Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

9. Effective Date

These GTC are effective as of 01.12.2025.
